CKNG 116 - Chinese Stirfry

Course Description
Forgo the take out menus and learn to create delicious and simple Chinese dishes at home. In this course you’ll learn how to create three of the most popular Chinese stir-fries: ginger beef, sweet and sour pork, and beef and broccoli with black bean sauce.
