Course Description
Given the growing complexities of today’s organizations, it is essential for employees to be empowered with the knowledge and practical awareness of the responsibilities and key functions of Human Resources. This course includes an overview of the field of human resource management including managing change and communication within the organization, while highlighting the key components of the employee life cycle: recruiting, selecting, retention and performance management.
