MNGT 112 - Human Resources


Course Description
Human resources knowledge and skills are invaluable for anyone working in hospitality, especially for individuals currently in or aspiring to fill a supervisory/management role. This course covers managing organizational change and behavior, recruitment, selection and staffing, retention, and performance management. Addressing the current challenges and issues of today, this course cultivates greater understanding and effective strategic thinking, while providing you with practical skills that can be applied in your day-to-day operation and role.

Human Resources may be taken independently or as one of seven courses in SAIT’s Food and Beverage Leadership Certificate of Achievement program.
