Course Description
In the demanding role of Administrative Professional, you will face protocol and etiquette dilemmas. You will work alongside other administrative staff representing your guests, greeting and introducing executives and colleagues from other companies and other cultures, ordering food for special guests, and working or dining with diverse and eclectic team members. In this Business Protocols course you will learn strategies for making lasting impressions and building strong relationships. Experiential learning topics in business protocols will include: Greetings and Introductions Business Attire Business Entertaining Gift Giving Appropriate Conversation Gesture and Public Manners Meeting Set up and Protocol Punctuality
