Course Description
In this course you will learn about the objectives and impacts of operational compliance on oil and gas developments, and operating parameters as defined in issued permits or authorizations. Changes to operations stemming from legislative updates will be reviewed along with the mitigation and implementation of changes to operations. As emergency response is an essential part of the risk management process, this course will also cover the importance of operational compliance with regards to Emergency Response Plans (ERP). Engineers, Geologists, Mineral Land Analysts, Surface Land Administrators, Joint Venture Administrators, Land Agents, Field Supervisors and Operations Managers will find this course valuable.
