RREG 103 - Regulatory Framework

Course Description
In this course, regulatory agencies involved in hydraulic fracturing regulations in Alberta will be identified and current requirements reviewed. In addition to regulations, current and future best practices and policies will be discussed. You will also learn permit processes, reporting requirements and operational compliance. Upon successful completion of this training you will emerge with a clear understanding of the provincial legislation that governs the key regulatory agencies responsible for hydraulic fracturing (HF) operations.
