HREL 191 - Developing Effective Policies

Course Description
In this course, you will learn that developing effective policies, procedures and practices is an important responsibility of housing managers. We will review what a housing manager must consider when developing policies, procedures and practices. By learning the key steps in developing, writing and using a full package of housing policies you will be able to develop an effective and useful housing policy for your community.
