MNGT 141 - Introduction to Property Management

Course Description
In this introductory course, you will be provided with a set of tools to manage and develop First Nations housing programs, projects and activities. You will develop practical management skills based on both the theory and practical application of housing. You will also gain an understanding of the main components of housing management and effective decision-making processes in core operations of policy, maintenance, tenant relations and financial accountability.
