CKNG 118 - Canning Course Description Learn how to preserve and enjoy your summer harvest all year long in this hands-on canning course. You’ll learn the proper techniques to safely pickle and make jam from all the wonderful fruits and vegetables you picked or purchased during the summer season. Prepare preserved lemons, pickled beets, canned peaches, a savoury and sweet jam and salsa. All tools and jars will be provided.
