CKNG 134 - Turkey Dinner Course Description Learn how to pull off the perfect turkey dinner in this hands-on class. Our chef instructor will go over brining, trussing and roasting a turkey; preparing sides like apple onion stuffing, brown butter rutabaga and cranberry sauce; and making classic pumpkin pie.
