MNGT 140 - Property and Home Maintenance Management

Course Description
Maintenance is necessary to keep up the value of a property and lower the potential of higher repair costs. This course focuses on the importance and benefits of property and home maintenance management and the value of sharing this maintenance responsibility with occupants. At the end of this course you should be able to assess the urgency of repairs, maximize resources, determine occupant responsibilities, develop a five-year property and home maintenance management plan, and plan for capital repair.
