MNGT 005 - UVM Safety, Risk, and Quality Management Course Description Managing safety, risks, and quality are components that begin on day one and are embedded throughout the development of any UVM program and project. Regardless of your role within the industry, leaders and managers must consider all aspects of safety and risk: safety and risk for the electrical system; safety and risk for the worker; safety and risk for the general public; and safety and risk for the environment. This course introduces safety as a concept of workplace culture. You will learn and practice the processes utilized to manage safety, risk and quality assurance. These management tools and techniques will ensure that your program meets the challenges of today’s complex work environments aligning with best practices and ROW Stewardship.
