LBIM 130 - Sustaining the Lean Journey

Course Description
Managing the Lean Transformation and continuous improvement journey is key to success. Any organization can see dramatic results from Lean, both internally and by expanding the scope to include partners within their supply chains. In this Lean Thinking course you will study the strategic and tactical level Lean applications for organizations that want to achieve sustainable levels of long term business improvement across the board. We will take a deeper look at the importance of performance metrics and we’ll explore Lean for the enterprise. A case study example will demonstrate how Lean can be applied anywhere and how you can create an alternate Lean implementation plan to address potential challenges.
