MNGT 108 - Meetings and Minutes Course Description Meetings are an organizational fact of life. Knowing how to prepare for, document the content during, and prepare the minutes after a meeting makes the process a far more efficient and effective experience for any administrative professional tasked with these responsibilities. In this Meetings and Minutes course we will examine specific tools and techniques to help you plan and run better, more efficient meetings.
Meeting preparation and execution topics covered include: purpose and types of meetings; cost; meeting cycles; participant roles; objectives, notices and agendas; how to take minutes; closing; how to write up minutes and follow up activities.
