OPRR 277 - Gibson Edmonton Level 3 Course Description SAIT Polytechnic’s Pipeline Operations (Level 3) courses are designed for intermediate pipeline operators and will benefit any operator requiring expanded knowledge in oil and gas transmission operations. This training will be a valuable addition to operators seeking to upgrade their skills to further their professional development and career progression, and to prepare for subsequent on-the-job training within an operating environment.
