CNST 001 - Building Moisture Control

Course Description
SAIT’s Moisture Control Certificate of Completion was created to address the leading cause of failure in building envelopes - unwanted moisture. This training helps you develop and utilize critical thinking skills for the design, construction, and assessment of wood frame building envelopes.

This study at your own pace course is the first of two required to obtain your SAIT certificate and meet the requirements of the Alberta New Home Warranty Program. Upon registration, you will have 14 weeks to complete the self-study.

Upon successful completion of the eight modules and on-line post-test requirements for each, you will be eligible to register for the second course - moisture control site visit.
