FTNS 100 - X Fit 45 Small Group Training Course Description Take your training to the next level. This is a high intensity plyometric-based workout. You will use plyo boxes, med balls, TRX equipment, and sandbags to train like an athlete using powerful and explosive movements that will build a lean, athletic physique.
