OPER 100 - Operations Analysis


Course Description
The ability to create and analyze operational systems that will assist in the success and longevity of your business is essential. This hospitality industry operations course is designed to teach you the skills necessary to create and assess new and existing key operational systems. Training topics covered include: market trends, relevancy, negotiation, and procurement; service, training, and job descriptions; menu design and engineering; sustainability and environmental responsibilities; and technologies in the hospitality industry. We’ll also introduce the skills required in planning, evaluating and re-evaluating any operation on a day-to-day basis.

Operations Analysis may be taken independently or as one of seven courses in SAIT’s Food and Beverage Leadership Certificate of Achievement program.
