The ability to leverage multiple forms of innovation is critical in today’s competitive market. Lean promotes innovative thinkers throughout the organization who are focused on continuous improvement and value creation for the customer. In this Lean Thinking course you will study a range of Lean tools, techniques and systems to improve results and manage a sustainable level of long term business improvement. Additional Lean topics to be covered include: Root cause and analytical tools Quality and error proofing Continuous improvement cycle and measuring performance Leading Kaizen events
