LDSH 166 - Leading by Serving

Course Description
The concept of servant leadership examines the exercise of leadership from an unexpected perspective. According to this view, the key to resolving at least part of society’s leadership crisis is for those who exercise leadership to understand that they are, in fact, servants, and to recognize that the function of leadership is not merely to influence or change just for the sake of influence or change, but to serve by seeking to uplift and create a better society.
