MNGT 143 - Charging and Collecting for Housing Services

Course Description
The goal of this course is to guide you in implementing a step-by-step approach to charging for housing services. There are many factors involved in the process of charging and collection for housing services. While looking at the overall picture of determining the true cost of housing programs and services, you will look at community solutions to address payment challenges, creating a payment policy and enforcement process, as well as managing arears.
