MART 125 - Tai Chi Foundations


Course Description
The instructor will teach you a set of standing exercises which will provide experience in grounding, Silk Reeling, and traditional Yang Style movements. Tai Chi can help increase your flexibility, muscle strength and feeling of well-being. Yang style form is the most popular and suitable for all ages and abilities
