LDSH 002 - Delivery Techniques for Trainers

Course Description
The effectiveness of the trainer will have a significant impact on the overall success of the training program. Credibility of the trainer has significant impact on learning effectiveness, regardless of the quality of the course materials. The facilitator is responsible to ensure they are prepared, the information is presented in a logical sequence with the adult learner in mind and that participants leave with the knowledge to apply new skills. This course will also explore managing group dynamics and how to provide meaningful feedback.
