ECON 001 - Business Economics for Managers

Course Description
This business management course is designed to help you understand how economic principles, consumer behaviour, government strategies and global forces can and will affect your business. Beyond learning the basics of economic terminology, you will come to understand supply, demand and price elasticity. We will cover macroeconomics, explaining the affects that inflation, deflation and unemployment have on business decisions. You will also learn about monetary policy, fiscal policy and international trade.
