Course Description
This course for the intermediate surface land administrator provides detailed direction on how to obtain surface rights in British Columbia. You will learn specific acquisition and registration processes for freehold and crown lands while gaining a solid introduction to First Nations Consultation in BC.
Participants should have surface land administration experience and be familiar with industry terms and processes.
