Course Description
This course offers strategies and techniques to build and strengthen a mutually beneficial working partnership with your boss. Through fun, dynamic learning you will develop your skills in effective communication, decision making, evaluation, and understand how people dynamics affect your partnership. You will learn how to build successful employee/employer relationships by recognizing your personal value as a business partner and the impressive potential for partnership that you have to offer.
