CSTN 002 - Construction Trades Business Startup

Course Description
This course provides the foundational knowledge tradespeople require when establishing their own business enterprise. Course topics include financial and legal concepts, employer-employee relations, day-to-day business essentials and customer relations. Specific and relevant information, as well as examples relating to the construction industry, will be provided. By the end of the course, students will leave with a completed start-up action plan.
