TLPR 103 - Professional Phone Skills Course Description This course will provide you with the tools you will need to ensure that your telephone communications strengthen your relationships with both internal and external customers. It will introduce you to the techniques you can use to develop rapport with customers including listening to ensure understanding; using your voice properly; dealing with difficult situations; and proper telephone etiquette. You will gain the skills and confidence to project a consistent, professional image of your organization every time you use the phone.
