DRLG 130 - Drilling Overview

Course Description
This drilling course is designed for engineers, technologists, and other technical functionaries in the upstream oil and gas industry requiring entry to mid-level knowledge of drilling equipment and operations for the oil and gas industry.

In this comprehensive overview, you will learn more than just the basics for drilling rigs and drilling operations. The theory component of the course is a combination of lecture and multi-media based learning along with relevant class exercises. The seminar also provides valuable hands-on information regarding drilling operations, drilling mud, drill bits, and geology.
