FNCE 102 - Finance Course Description This finance course introduces you to the records and processes used to monitor and control costs in food and beverage operations.
Topics covered include: financial spreadsheets, income statements, sales forecasting, methodologies for calculating food and beverage costs, cost control techniques, menu planning and pricing, labour and operating costs and budget development.
Finance may be taken independently or as one of seven courses in SAIT’s Food and Beverage Leadership Certificate of Achievement program.
