BAKE 186 - Introduction to Baking


Course Description
This introductory course covers the essentials of baking from scratch, including: mixing methods, ingredients, weighing, recipes, understanding your oven and choosing the best tools and equipment. With hands-on training in SAIT’s world-class bakery, you’ll learn how to make quickbreads, cookies, pies and simple breads.
