LAND 001 - Land for Renewables and Telecom

Course Description
This seminar will provide practical knowledge of the current land administration practices related to wind, solar and wireless telecommunication projects in Canada. Topics will include: project reporting, tracking and record keeping, regulations, permitting, licencing, and consultation requirements. Students will also gain an understanding of stakeholder engagement issues, economic considerations, and health and safety concerns associated with projects of these types.
