CNST 195 - Site Planning Course Description This site planning workshop will provide housing professionals with the language and processes of site planning for residential construction. You will be exposed to site planning concepts and terminology as well as housing typologies to understand the variables and sequencing involved in site planning for residential construction. This workshop is designed to map out step-by-step site-planning processes and includes an overview of: Planning in Indigenous communities Pre-planning Site planning terminology Site selection and Site design Site planning knowledge explored in this workshop will provide learners with practical tools to apply a sustainable site planning process to housing in their community.
