Course Description
In this course, you will explore the foundations of training and the interconnections with employee development and performance management with behavioural competencies at the core. Measures of training effectiveness will be presented and you will leave with knowledge and skill that will help you understand and determine the benefits and return on investment training within organizations. Engaging your organization in training and development initiatives will be discussed and the importance of being a strategic partner with internal and external stakeholders. Utilize your organizational information to build meaningful training programs while understanding the pros and cons of e-learning options that you can use to build your credibility as a training professional.
