FDPR 170 - Intro to Vegetables & Starches


Course Description
Vegetables and starches are often found as accompaniments to a main dish or as part of a main dish. You will learn to process, wash, peel, blanch, and cut vegetables for consumption, and prepare rice, pasta and potato dishes.
