FNCE 105 - Budgets and Audits

Course Description
You will examine more relevant aspects of housing departments and managers. This course provides a deeper look into budgets and the audit process for housing departments. You will learn several key components of budgets and audits including different types of budgets and their purpose, developing and implementing budgets, estimates and projections, as well as monitoring and evaluating budgets. Along the way you will see the types and purpose of financial statements, the purpose and value of audits, and the way to conduct internal audits and work with external auditors.
