ORGB 117 - Building Personal Power, Performance, and Professionalism

Course Description
Your performance, every day, is in your control and your responsibility. As you leave this one-day course, you will have increased awareness & strategies to grow, to implement &/or design where your personal power comes from & how to build on it to create the best version of yourself. You will gain an understanding of your individual strengths, how to play to and develop them and to recognize the ingredients required from you to perform professionally and with a powerful work ethic. You will explore how to adopt the right mindset in any environment, conversation or setting, how to boost rather than undermine your own confidence and presence and how to build your network towards radical collaboration.
