LDSH 007 - Leadership Foundations

Course Description
Leadership is the art of motivating and inspiring people to work toward shared aspirations. It requires solid character and highly developed communication skills. This course will begin by examining the characteristics of successful leaders and identifying what authentic leadership looks like. Next, it will cover important leadership topics to help you hone your skills in the following areas: building trust, strengthening employee commitment, championing the corporate vision and fostering a culture of innovation.
