LDSH 012 - Managing Conflict

Course Description
Conflict is a natural occurrence in workplaces and other relationships in our lives. Handled poorly, conflict can reduce productivity, increase stress, lower morale and damage careers. Conflict can exact a heavy toll on our psychological, emotional and physical well-being. Interpersonal skills and teamwork are highly valued in today’s workplace. Both imply the need to get along with others and to resolve differences and conflict effectively. Learning to manage conflict effectively may be the single most important thing we can do to contribute to a positive work environment, advance in our careers and enhance our personal well-being.
