Course Description
How do aspiring supervisors and managers show they are ready for increased responsibility? They start demonstrating leadership behaviour in all they do. Learn what it takes to be a leader among your peers. What can you do to build trust and inspire others to follow your company’s vision? Understanding core leadership principles is an important first step toward determining what kind of leader you are or will become. In short, anyone can be a leader regardless of their place on the organizational chart so this session is appropriate for a variety of circumstances.
