YCMP 050 - Exploring Wood Trades, Introduction (Gr. 7-12)

Course Description
Learn safe use of hand and power tools, while making and personalizing your own projects using a range of materials, including wood and pipe. Gain an understanding of construction trades and take home the final results to wow your family and friends.

Dress Code Requirements: All participants are required to wear closed-toe shoes and full-length pants in the shop. Particpants with long hair should bring hair-ties to tie their hair back. Eye and hearing protection will be provided.

For youth currently in grades 7-12.
Register using your child’s name.
Registration for this program closes at 12:00pm (MST) on the Thursday before the program begins. Late registrations will not be accepted.
SAIT Youth Programs reserves the right to cancel a program due to low registration.
