BAKE 102 - Cake Decorating - Advanced

Course Description
Expand your cake decorating expertise - skills that could lead to a professional career or opening a cake business. Students will design and create a multi-tier wedding cake and numerous other cake projects, such as marvelous mini cakes and a variety of other special occasion cakes using various decorating mediums and techniques such as royal icing, gum paste, figure modeling and buttercream.
