BLAW 001 - Law and Real Estate

Course Description
In this course, you will learn key concepts around contract law and representation relationships as applicable to the real estate industry. You will learn the importance of evaluating title registrations and land use controls for a property, along with the procedures related to both activities. In addition, you will learn about a REALTORS® responsibilities with buying and selling condominiums. Finally, you will gain an understanding of real property reports, compliance and how they can impact the real estate transaction.
