CPMT 001 - Building Construction and Measurement
Course Description
In this course, you will learn how to evaluate a property for potential issues and concerns and see if it will meet a client’s needs. You will also learn how to complete measurements of common types of real estate properties, determine key points a real estate professional needs to know about home inspections and see how they relate to permitting and land use.
