LEGL 001 - Real Estate Act and You

Course Description
In this course, you will familiarize yourself with the Real Estate Act and its contents, including rules, regulations and bylaws and how they impact the day-to-day work in the real estate industry. You will develop an understanding of the licencing process and of the key players and bodies involved. You will also receive an introduction to the various forms and contracts that are most regularly used by REALTORS® and explore best practices involved in their completion. Finally, you will learn the standards of practice, responsibilities and prohibitions pertaining to the different roles within the industry and feel confident in legally operating within them.
