Course Description
In this course, you will walk away with an understanding of what it takes to be a successful rural Real Estate agent. You will explore the identifying characteristics of rural properties and understand the utilities which are most commonly required. As well, you will develop a thorough understanding of the rules and regulations a rural Real Estate professional must know and the key administrative and Real Estate practices associated with buying, selling or listing rural properties. Finally, you will understand the unique position of the rural Real Estate professional in the world of Real Estate.
