Bake 167 - Specialty Cakes Course Description Expand your cake decorating skills by learning how to bake and stack a delicious cake, and then decorate it using mediums such as buttercream, fondant, royal icing, and gum paste. This class will teach students advanced techniques that will allow them to create memorable cakes that friends and family may deem too beautiful to eat!

Required Materials All tools and supplies will be provided. If students desire, they may purchase various Baking Tool Kits from the SAIT Bookstore. Technical Requirements Students are required to:
- wear closed toed and rubber soled shoes
- wear long pants
- tie back long hair
