MATH 123 - Mathematics Refresher

Course Description:
This math refresher course provides review and practice in the mathematical techniques essential for future success in SAIT’s technology programs. Math refresher topics include: Basic Algebraic Operations; Factoring and Fractions; Basic Geometry; Functions and Graphs; Trigonometry; Quadratic Equations; Exponents and Radicals; and Exponential and Logarithmic Functions.

This course is specifically intended for students who achieved less than 70% in Alberta Math 30-1 (or its equivalent), those who completed MATH 30-1 (or its equivalent) more than two years ago and those who want to ensure they fully understand and are prepared to expand upon the above topics.
