LDSH 169 - Realizing Change
Course Description:
Pressures for change often exist in an organization, and the leader must not fall into the trap of denying, resisting, or avoiding these pressures. One of the most important tasks of the leader is to encourage the ongoing rejuvenation of the organization he or she leads. This can be accomplished only if the leader understands the relationship between continuity and change. Leaders need to have a sense not only of their relationship with the organization’s present and future, but with its past as well. This is particularly important in times of change.
