ADPT 102 - Networking

Course Description:
The Networking workshop offers participants foundational knowledge and techniques when networking for professional or academic purposes. This in-person workshop is also an opportunity for participants to practice networking techniques in a safe space to build their confidence.

Learning Objectives:
- Gain confidence and understand the importance of networking for career advancement
- Recognize strategies to develop a strong personal brand and develop an elevator pitch
- Leverage different online and offline platforms to build meaningful relationships
- Develop strategies to network at events and nurture relationships through following up
